Josie here!!!! I am a beautiful Formosan Mountain Dog. I am approximately 25lbs, spayed, microchipped and up to date on my vaccines. I am still young about 8 monthly old (approximately). Some Formosan Mountain Dogs can be very shy. I came to my foster Mom’s at 1am and by that evening I was making myself comfortable and at home. I can be a little shy when I first meet someone but if you show me kindness I will let my guard down. Then of course I want bellys rubs and play time! I am crate trained. I prefer to sleep with my foster Mom but I am quiet in my crate. I need the crate because I do like to chew things so I can't be left out when you go out. Now I am still a puppy and my foster Mom says that's quite common. I am being fostered with 4 other small dogs. I get along with them all. Although I will bark at them if they get near my food. I love to play with them. Speaking of playing have I mentioned that I love toys! All kinds of toys like rope ones, stuffies and kongs. I don't mind sharing toys with the other dogs. Sometimes, because they are older, the dogs correct me and I listen. I am also good with cats. I am being fostered with an 8 year old boy and I love him. Sometimes he us loud and it doesn't bother me at all. My foster Mom stays I am a very smart girl. I have good recall and have learned how to sit. My housetraining is going well. Sometimes when I am super excited I have an accident. I travel very well in the car and love to go for rides. I make my foster Mom smile every day .
