FOREVER FOSTER HOME NEEDED

We are looking for a forever foster home for our sanctuary girl, Brandi
Brandi is a senior girl who came to us a few years ago from Georgia. Before coming to us, we thought she was young and we’d quickly find her a forever home like any other Georgia peach …
Once she arrived to us we realized she was a senior and since then she has been diagnosed with cancer. Because of her age and health we’re not going to do any drastic treatment or surgeries.
Brandi is estimated to be about 12 years old. She’s dog and people friendly ✅ she’s not ❌ cat friendly. Older kids only as she likes to jump up. She walks well on a leash and has shown no reactivity or resource guarding. She’s quite sweet and low-key and loves to snuggle up with her people. She does enjoy playing with the dogs in her current home.
We’re hoping to find someone who will commit to fostering her until she’s ready to cross the rainbow bridge, whenever that time may be (could be months or years). She has lumps and bumps that pop up on her stomach and legs, and the larger ones will bleed from time to time. That’s about the extent of the extra care she needs at the moment. But in the future there may be vet visits, prescription medications, etc.
all supplies provided (collars, leashes, beds, toys)
food provided
vet and medication expenses covered by us
24/7 support from our team of volunteers, fosters, and our trainer

Original post when deemed a sanctuary animal:

Brandi came to us with full intentions of finding a furever home.

Her age was guessed at 2 but due to a dental exam, it was discovered she was very much a senior. Shortly after posting her for adoption, she had mini lumps pop up throughout her body. Not long after it was confirmed she had cancer and due to her age and the rapidness these lumps were spreading, it was determined that treatments would most likely not be affective.

Instead, she will live whatever time she has left with a forever-foster family who will show her nothing but love and a great life that she deserved for the many years she spent neglected.
