Hi everyone! I'm Huck and really hoping to find my forever family! I'm 4.5 months old and weigh 40lbs so I'm going to grow up to be a pretty big boy! We were told I was a bloodhound/rottweiler/bully mix and my foster Mom says I'm the best of all 3! I live with 3 fur siblings and I love them so much. They take turns playing with me which is good because it tuckers me out so I'm ready for naps! I love our hikes on the trails we do 3 times a day.... sometimes if my foster Mom is tired of all the walks, she rides the ATV and we all follow along down to the water where we can splash around in the shallow spots... I've learned a few words as I'm growing up .... nothing fancy... just  the basics like sit, come, drop it, leave it and "uh uh" , I hear that alot! It helps having my fur siblings around because I just follow whatever they do! I've caught on to doing my business outside and I haven't had an "accident" in over a month! I'm still trying to figure out what I can and cannot put in my mouth...but Mom says that I'm almost there!! I have excellent kitchen manners and will just sit or lay close by in case something yummy falls. I sit for my meals and treats and sleep quietly in my crate overnight. I'm ok with car rides and meeting new people... I'm a bit cautious at first but just because it's new. Men for some reason scare me a bit but I warm up quickly. I love kids of all sizes and I am gentle when they are but will want to play and get in the middle of the action when they are playing. I've seen a cat... they are scary. Here's a few words from my foster mom... " Huck is a wonderful pup... It's been so rewarding watching and helping him get through his wild puppy shenanigans. He's just one of the gang now and knows our routine. He is so loyal, smart, affectionate and fun. He can be a little unsure in new environments so I would love to see him in a home with another dog who will continue to help build his confidence when out and about. He is just so sweet and handsome and going to be a great family member.... I'm going to miss the little/big man.
