Hi there, my name is Bruno (Monroe’s big brother)!!! I am living with my foster brother Nikey (some of you might remember him he is a Hank's Haven alumni), and human brother and sisters, oh and foster mom and dad. I really like to follow them around and be close to them. I like to play with the kids, but I am still a puppy and forget I can’t use my mouth to play. My foster brother sometimes thinks I’m annoying but I just want to PLAY! I like all dogs that I meet, but I haven’t met any cats yet. I bet they will want to play with me. I’m getting better at listening. I can sit, stay, come, leave it, not so great at drop it, but we’re getting there. I am really good at letting my mom and dad know I have to go outside, and I will whine at the door, but sometimes they don’t get there fast enough. Getting better at sleeping in my crate, I only whine for a minute. But sometimes, when my foster dad falls asleep on the couch, I just cuddle with him, and I haven’t had any accidents in the house. I am crate trained when my humans have to work, I will complain for a little while, but then I go to sleep. I really really like food and do well with commands when I get a snack. Sometimes, my foster mom will put some treats in a toy, and I love working to get them out. I also eat really quickly, but slow feeder bowls help. My big or small humans can take my food away, and I am not bothered. I am still learning not to grab food when I’m not supposed to have it, I just can’t help when there is food at my eye level. My little humans are working to be better at not waving food around, too. Im a pretty playful boy and love jumping around and playing with all the toys. I also love soft toys, but sometimes I chew them so small that they get taken away. What I love the mostest is socks, but my belly doesn’t like them, and now my humans have to close doors, so I don’t hunt those sneaky socks. Due to my breed, proper training and socialization are a must. I will be a really good boy and be your best friend forever. I'm good in the car and just want to be with people.
